<p dir="auto">Kaiju的论文中提到了 为什么用蛋白库来进行微生物的鉴定 蛋白库是实际的基因表达出来的 能表达的话都比较保守 微生物的本身就是这些关键的几个蛋白  DNA 库里面也有可能根本就没有这些物种的参考序列</p>
