ceph的mgr有两个进程 但是dashboard 只显示了一个 经过排查 这个mgr 的watch-active访问k8s获取配置的时候有网络错误 重启后解决
ceph tools中执行ceph status会卡死 重启tools pod 这个问题可能和mgr状态不对有关
