      初始环境部署

      # 安装conda(略)

      conda create -n metaphlan2 -y metaphlan2=2.7.7
      conda create -n krona -y krona=2.7.1
      conda create -n GS_PY3 -y python=3.8 r=4.0.3
      
      

      部署过程命令

      python setup.py sdist

        metaphlan 2.7.7 报错

          lefse 1.0.8.post1 报错
